Invited guests and members of the River Stour Trust attended the official opening of the new Visitor and Educational Centre (VEC). We were lucky enough to be joined by Lord Philips of Sudbury. Many of our boat owning members attending bringing along their boats. Refreshments were served followed by champagne to toast the occasion.
